What We Do:
Industrial properties include warehouses, factories, distribution centers, and other facilities used for manufacturing, production, and distribution of goods.
During an ICI industrial appraisal, an appraiser will consider various factors that can affect the value of the property, such as the size of the building and lot, the condition of the property, the availability of utilities and infrastructure, zoning and land use regulations, and the location of the property.
The appraiser will also review relevant market data, such as recent sales of similar industrial properties in the area, to determine a fair market value for the property.
