What We Do:
An ICI commercial appraisal is an evaluation of the value of a commercial property that falls into the Industrial, Commercial, and Investment (ICI) category. Commercial properties can include office buildings, retail spaces, hotels, and other income-producing properties.
The appraisal process for commercial properties is similar to that of residential properties, but with some differences. For example, commercial properties are typically valued based on their potential income-generating capacity, as opposed to their individual features or characteristics. Appraisers will often consider factors such as the rental rates in the area, vacancy rates, and the overall economic health of the local market.
